Once I completed the initial setup, this was essentially a passive earning method. I didn’t need to watch videos, answer questions, play games, or continually interact with the app.
In my experience, the VPN connection has also been extremely reliable. I’ve been able to leave it connected without constantly babysitting it.
For anyone searching for passive earning apps or ways to make extra money with minimal ongoing effort, this is probably one of the most interesting aspects of Verb.AI.
2. Forward Your Email Data
Verb.AI also provides an option to connect and forward eligible email data.
Like the VPN feature, this can operate largely in the background once everything is configured.
However, this is one area where I encountered a problem.
My email connection occasionally disconnects and needs to be reconnected.
It hasn’t been a deal breaker for me, but it does prevent this feature from being quite as hands-off as the VPN. Hopefully Verb.AI improves the reliability of the email connection over time.
3. Get Paid for Instagram Data
Verb.AI also gives users the opportunity to download their Instagram data and upload it through Verb.
This isn’t something you need to do every day. In my testing, the Instagram data-sharing opportunity becomes available again monthly.
That makes it considerably different from traditional money-making apps where you need to continually complete tasks to keep earning.
4. Get Paid for TikTok Data
TikTok works similarly.
You can download your TikTok data and provide the eligible information through Verb.AI in exchange for compensation.
Like Instagram, this opportunity has been repeatable monthly in my experience.
Between the social media uploads and the background earning methods, Verb.AI becomes an unusual combination of active data sharing and passive earning.
How Much Can You Make With Verb.AI?
This is where I want to separate what I can personally verify from marketing claims.
Verb.AI has displayed higher potential monthly earning figures, but based on the recurring opportunities I could actually identify and test, I calculate approximately $30 per month from the currently available methods:
VPN connection: approximately $10 per month
Email forwarding: approximately $10 per month
Instagram data: $5 per month
TikTok data: $5 per month
That works out to approximately $30 per month based on the opportunities available to me.
That’s not a promise that every Verb.AI user will earn exactly $30. Features, eligibility, reward amounts and available opportunities can change or differ between users.
But compared with some other apps I’ve tested that compensate users for passive data collection, the potential here caught my attention.

Does Verb.AI Really Pay?
This was the most important part of my Verb.AI review.
Yes, Verb.AI paid me.
The minimum withdrawal available to me was $7, and after my balance reached more than $12, I submitted a withdrawal.
Verb.AI sent the money directly to my connected bank account.
Even better, my payment arrived in less than one day.
I always prefer actually testing a withdrawal before recommending or reviewing a money-making app because accumulating points or displaying an account balance doesn’t mean much if you can’t successfully receive the money.

The withdrawal method available to me was a direct bank account payment.

Is Verb.AI Passive Income?
Parts of it are surprisingly passive.
I wouldn’t describe every Verb.AI feature as completely passive because the Instagram and TikTok opportunities require you to periodically download and upload your data, and I’ve occasionally needed to reconnect my email.
But the VPN feature requires very little attention after setup.

Is It Safe to Share Your Data With Verb.AI?

Read the current permissions and privacy information.
Decide whether the compensation is worth exchanging that information.

What I Like About Verb.AI
The biggest advantage is obvious: very little effort is required compared with many traditional money-making apps.
I also like that:

What I Don’t Like About Verb.AI
There are still some weaknesses.
The biggest issue I’ve experienced is email forwarding disconnecting and requiring me to reconnect it.
I’m also unable to reconcile some of Verb.AI’s higher advertised earning figures with the earning methods currently available to me. I’d rather report what I can actually verify than assume every advertised earning opportunity will be available indefinitely.

Verb.AI Review: Is It Legit?
Based on my testing, Verb.AI is legitimate in the most important practical sense: I used the platform, accumulated earnings, requested a withdrawal, and received the money in my bank account.
That doesn’t automatically mean Verb.AI is right for everyone.
The real question isn’t simply:
Does Verb.AI pay?
I verified that it does.
The more important question is:
Are you comfortable exchanging certain types of your data for compensation?
If the answer is no, Verb.AI probably isn’t for you.
